Larry Baumgardner, CCIM, is President of Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (DAG). Founded in 1993, DAG is a successful, top-ranked, San Antonio-based commercial real estate brokerage and development services firm. Since beginning his real estate career in 1972, Larry has held leadership positions in every facet of the commercial real estate industry, including private consultant and business economist and Real Estate Administrator of Worldwide Facilities at USAA (a $60.0+ billion insurance and financial services company), where he gained experience working in most all of the major and secondary markets across the United States.

Larry has successfully carried out business transactions with multi-billion dollarservice, consumer product and manufacturing corporations, financial institutions, governmental entities, retail and restaurant companies, as well as insurance companies, law firms and CPA firms. He is now in the process of leading the acquisition and development of several hundred million dollars in commercial real estate projects ranging from traditional and specialty retail, land development and professional office projects to build-to-suits and healthcare facilities of every type. 
Larry's formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Mathematics from Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Western Illinois University with the highest honors in Phi Kappa Phi.
